Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

We recommend contacting us before sending any item back, so we can confirm your request and provide you with a return label. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to download and print, free of charge.

Return shipping is free of charge — we cover the full cost of return postage in all cases, regardless of the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days, provided all return conditions are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging, with all original accessories and tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to carry out a technical inspection of the returned item before final approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be accepted for return:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage
  • Items returned without their original tags or original packaging

Some specific items may carry additional return restrictions; where applicable, these will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, an incorrect size, or a faulty product, we're happy to help with an exchange.

Please contact us at info@calwryn.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (including photos or videos where relevant). Once approved, we'll send you a free return label. After we receive and inspect the item, you can choose between an exchange for an equivalent product or a full refund.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee or administrative cost for approved returns, exchanges, or refused/unclaimed parcels. The fee is £0.00 in every case.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card) within 5 business days of approval. The exact time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If tracking shows your order was lost, stolen, or went missing in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will open a formal investigation with the courier. Once the loss is confirmed, you can choose between a free replacement shipment or a full refund.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you'd like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us at info@calwryn.com with your order number. Cancellations before dispatch are processed with no fee, and you'll receive a full refund.

Cancellation While in Transit

If your order has already been dispatched, we're unable to intercept it in transit. In this case, please refuse the delivery, or do not collect the parcel from the post office/depot. The parcel will be automatically returned to us, and once received, we'll process your refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift card will be issued for the value of the returned product.
